Love it when this food truck is in town at the Granada Hills Grub Fest (Food Truck Row on Fridays)! Such a great food truck!! You rarely ever see any Italian food trucks THAT ARE DELICIOUS! I have only ever gotten their Pesto Pasta which comes with the biggest slice of Garlic Toast but also the biggest serving of pasta. Super good with the added pine nuts and pepper flakes! Only waited a few minutes for my food and it was perfect. We take our food home because there aren't any seats for this. They're all food trucks lined up down Chatsworth so either you sit on the floor or bring your own chairs. There are some benches around and small brick walls to kind of sit on. Ordered food from Bella Garden for the first time via DoorDash. I must say, I absolutely love their menu options. But more so, I love the close attention they paid to special instructions. I ordered the jambalaya and requested extra sauce. It arrived hot and fresh, not to mention that the flavor and meat to pasta ratio was perfect. I would totally recommend this! I'm from the south, so I absolutely love any chance that I can get genuinely tasty Cajun food on the West Coast.

If I had the option I'd rate it 4.5 stars. Food truck came to our area. Ordered Chicken Florentine, Mac and Cheese with Fries, and Canoli. Taste is good. Chicken pasta was light and tasted fresh. It's not a pasta that will leave you feeling heavy. Mac and Cheese was light as well but probably needed a little more flavoring. They lost the perfect score on this item. Canoli was very tasty. Actually, the more bites I took the more impressed I was. I'll add delicious to describe it. Prices are reasonable for this day and age. If they came back to my area I would definitely go and try other items.

BEST PASTA IN SANTA CLARITA! I found them at at food truck event and I was so excited to see a pasta truck there, although I did not have high expectations. It was DELICIOUS! I got the chicken Florentine. The pasta was al dente, perfect, and the sauce was creamy, flavorful and the perfect amount of thickness! The portions are big but I shared with my boyfriend so had to get a second order to take home for leftovers lol. I followed them on instagram so I can find where the will be thru out the week!
